What brings 450 sales colleagues to Warsaw on a wet, windy Wednesday in January? 

One Elavon Sales Kick-Off 2024…obviously. 

Another year, another notch to the belt of our partnership with Elavon. Trusted to do this conference for the sixth time, we do our very best to exceed their expectations. 

Following three regional events last year, 2024’s Kick-off was about unity, bringing teams separated by sector, geography, and business area together under one roof.
Day one kicked off with an all day group session followed by a dinner, a DJ and a dance floor, with plenty of opportunities to network. The space was decked out with new branding and content created by yours truly.

The next morning, attendees arrived to find the ballroom transformed into three new breakout spaces, just like magic. Overnight, we waved our logistical wand so that the attendees could dive into their three breakout mini conferences first thing.

The focal point of presentations was a huge central LED screen, on which we showcased bespoke creative as big and bold to match. We also utilised this screen for a live camera feed during the Q&A with the leadership team so it was easy viewing from anywhere in the room. 

As the conference closed, Elavon's message of unity rang true to us. The smooth running of events like this comes about from years of partnership and with Elavon, we work as one team, rather than two, to create work we’re both proud of. As Fred, our Producer aptly put it, like most projects with them, this event was ‘easy, peasy, Elavon-squeezy’.
