Caterpillar machinery is happy on any terrain, so in 2024 it went on tour, hitting the road around Europe. We were asked to help give this roadshow impact - as three key products (mini-excavators, compact track loaders and small wheel loaders) visited different Cat dealers and their customers, it was up to us to make them stand out.

Enter the ‘NEXT GEN GARAGE’, a bespoke mobile trailer unit designed to be a welcoming space for dealers to interact with their guests. Designed carefully from floor to ceiling, inside and out, we crafted this unit to imbue the smart, comfortable experience offered by Caterpillar machinery.

To help the dealers promote these events, we also designed a Dealer Playbook filled with physical, web and social assets which could be swiftly translated into local languages. The truck exterior also had a dynamic QR code which we redirected to the different dealer websites ahead of each event. 

Despite a lack of awareness towards Caterpillar’s compact equipment heading into the events, success was paramount. With a blend of expertise covering spatial and interior design, flexible social media and promotional assets blended, all with an easy-to-use solution the results to date have been exceptional. 

The proof? 2,300 customers and prospects attended 21 events in 7 countries, generating over 700 leads/opportunities and 62 sales (as of Dec 2024).
